The event saw five models on display, namely the Hyundai i10, i30 Sports, Sonata, Tucson and H-1 Wagon nine-seater.
Hyundai vehicle owners, who went to the roadshow, also took the opportunity to have their vehicles inspected free of charge as part of Setia Motors' outreach service programme, catering particularly for Kuala Belait and Seria residents.
The one-day roadshow also witnessed the showcase of Hyundai Coupes by the Hyundai Coupe Club.
This initiative was part of Setia Motors' customer care efforts to ensure customer satisfaction with Hyundai vehicle.
Setia Motors Sdn Bhd held a "Pre-Service Checkup" for all Hyundai car owners nationwide at the Pantai Seri Kenangan in Kuala Tutong, yesterday.
Known as the "Before Service Programme", scores of Hyundai car owners thronged the beach to have their cars inspected as early as 9am in the morning. The event also provided an opportunity for Setia Motors to interact personally with customers whilst inspecting and informing them about the conditions or problems detected in their vehicles. Customers were also reminded about the warranty coverage for their cars.
This programme is part of Setia Motors' strategies in enhancing relationships with their customers to ensure that their satisfactions are met. Through such an event, Setia Motors hopes that customers will have a better understanding on the importance of conducting periodic service to keep their vehicles in good running condition.
The spacious H-1 Wagon 9-Seater CRDi Diesel and sporty i30 hot-hatchback were also exhibited during the event.
